Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Orion Apex Capital, the operator of PixelSentry. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
2. What the service does
PixelSentry monitors the health of Meta pixel and Conversions API tracking on Shopify storefronts: scheduled synthetic visits to your public store pages, reads of Meta's Dataset Quality metrics using the access token you provide, server test events, and alert emails on confirmed breakage. The service observes and reports. It does not modify your store, your theme, your ad campaigns, or your ad account.
3. What you authorize
You authorize PixelSentry to visit your public storefront pages on a schedule, to call Meta's API with the token you provide on your behalf, and to send you service and alert emails. You may only connect stores and datasets you own, operate, or are authorized to manage, and you may revoke the token's access at any time.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account email accurate and its inbox secure; sign-in links and alerts go there. Do not use the service to monitor stores without authorization, probe systems you do not control, or interfere with the service's operation.
5. Fees
Paid plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. During the current launch period, access is provided without payment being taken. When billing is introduced, its terms, including the billing period and cancellation, will be presented before any charge is made.
6. No guarantee
Monitoring reduces the time silent tracking failures go unnoticed; it cannot make failure impossible. PixelSentry does not guarantee that every breakage will be detected, that alerts will always arrive within a specific time, or that any ad spend will be recovered. The service depends on third parties (your store's availability, Meta's APIs) that we do not control, and is provided as is.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Apex Capital's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the three months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend.
8. Third parties
PixelSentry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Shopify. Meta and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of their platforms is governed by their own terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 6 through 8 and section 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If these terms change materially we will update this page and the date above. Questions: contact@orionapexcapital.com.
